Mistress In Leather Jacket

The Russian campaign of Emily Pegoraro

Russia's campaign is told in this book by veteran Emilio Pegoraro, witnessed the historical events that saw Italians working on the Soviet front. The author calls himself a "privileged" from the subtitle, as being framed nell'Intendenza, was engaged primarily in the back office tasks, but no less strategically important for our army. Precisely for this position, leaving an interesting point of view able to look with clarity and investigate the defeat of the campaign, the suffering of prisoners and withdrawal of the difficult return of survivors. There was also the great care, and the almost documentary precision with which the book is written. Actually, the volume would have deserved a more careful editorial work to weed out some repetitions, but it's a little thing in front of the merit for the Cierre Edizioni, queso to have published memoirs.
